It's gloating time, suckers... So it's been like perma-summer since we've arrived here in Seoul. It's October and the temperature tomorrow calls for 27 degrees. Later in the week, it's supposed to be 29! No sunburns, though. I guess that smog helps to filter the uv rays? I don't know. This week Shawn and I are on a holiday known as "Chusok" which is like a Thanksgiving for Koreans. We have a full 9 days off so we have LOTS in store for this week. We will be visiting theme parks, imax, seaworld, the tallest building in Korea, a spa for my birthday, and Suwon, our future home. It should be exciting.
Today we went shopping in Dondaemun, which has an unbelievable amount of stores. Finally, we got tired and came back home. Tomorrow, we will be going to the Carrefour which we just heard is closing!! It's horrible because it is like our walmart and carries imported items. It will be replaced by a Korean company, sigh... We need to see if there are any sales. so sad...
